Bismark m16 is a MIDI player application designed to load Standard MIDI Files (SMF) compliant with General MIDI (GM) specifications, making it a versatile tool for musicians and composers. The application organizes song files within the "m16" folder on your iCloud Drive, ensuring seamless synchronization across all your iOS and iPadOS devices.

The interface features 16 icons at the top of the main screen, each representing a MIDI channel. Users can easily toggle between mute and solo modes by tapping the icons once or twice. A long press on an icon brings up the options menu, providing additional functionalities.

During playback, performance information is visually represented within the icons in various modes, such as piano roll, circle, or MIDI analyzer, offering users insightful feedback on their performance.

Along the bottom of the screen, a set of 12 buttons and a slider facilitate playback control, enabling users to start or stop music, seek through songs, and adjust key and tempo settings effortlessly.

Bismark m16 supports background MIDI playback, allowing users to accompany their sessions with their favorite musical instrument apps alongside the tracks produced by m16. Additionally, with its CoreMIDI output capability, the application can interface with external MIDI modules utilizing CoreMIDI-compatible interfaces. This functionality allows for a harmonious blending of m16 sound output with other Virtual MIDI-compatible applications running in the background.
